Spread it – a) inform – your environment about the latest happenings. For example about a mobile speed camera or a free-beer event; b) get informed – about the latest happenings around you. For example about the traffic or the results of your favorite football team; and c) promote – your next party or your latest song. Increase your range and you can reach many people. Simple idea – 1) System – Raise your relevancy level with sharing good stuff and get a higher reputation, and 2) Benefits – Get informed about the latest happenings in your environment and help the community! Components – aa) Anonymous – Share your stuff with other people without even knowing them; bb) Location-based – Show whats happening up right next to you; and cc) Social network – Rate what’s important with upvotes and downvotes. Features include: i) Filtering and sorting – Use different filters with several options to find the happenings you are interested in; ii) Relevance system – Get more relevancy with sharing good stuff. With a higher relevance level your posts are treated preferentially; iii) Voting and commenting system – Up- or downvote posts to raise their reputation. Fill in your own information by a comment; iv) Clean design – Simple and user-friendly interface design; v) Map – Get an overview on the map! Change the range to focus your area; and vi) Notifications – Follow specific categories or Spreads and get notified if something happens around you!
