Skylight was developed over a year in 2009, with various developers and contributors to the project they manage to get basic structure of the application completed in the 1st part of 2009 and an small beta launch in August 2009. Since then they have been busy redesigning Skylights interface and packing in some more functionality including custom reporting. Since 2009 they have been busy developing and beta testing. Adding value to Skylight by functionality on weekly basis. Use Skylight for project management, resource management, recruitment and HR, task and team manager with added advantage of centralized contacts address book, multiple users and companies. In 2010 they are working on following schedule of improvements coming in next 3 months which include: a) Client and supplier side workflows; b) Improved Accounting: Invoices, Quotes & Purchase Orders implemented; c) Reporting: Generate custom reports; and d) API. Their long terms goal is to build Skylight in to the best web app there is for managing business and teams using latest web technologies.
