International Journal of Research in Commerce, IT and Management (IJRCM)
http://ijrcm.org.in/it/index.php

In this age of Commerce, Economics, Computer & Management and cut throat competition, a group of intellectuals felt the need to have some platform, where young and budding managers and academicians could express their views and discuss the problems among their peers. This journal was conceived with this noble intention in view. This journal has been introduced to give an opportunity for expressing refined and innovative ideas in this field. It is our humble endeavour to provide a springboard to the upcoming specialists and give a chance to know about the latest in the sphere of research and knowledge. We have taken a small step and we hope that with the active co-operation of like-minded scholars, we shall be able to serve the society with our humble efforts. International Journal of Research in Commerce, IT and Management is available free of charge as an Open Access journal on the Internet. Articles available in PDF format.

GigaDB – Revolutionizing Data Dissemination, Organization and Use

GigaDB – Revolutionizing Data Dissemination, Organization and Use
http://gigadb.org/

GigaScience is a new integrated database and journal co-published in collaboration between BGI and BioMed Central, to meet the needs of a new generation of biological and biomedical research as it enters the era of “big-data.” To achieve its goals, GigaScience has developed a novel publishing format that integrates manuscript publication with a database that will provide DOI assignment to every dataset. Supporting the open-data movement, we require that all supporting data and source code be publicly available in a suitable public repository and/or under a public domain CC0 license in GigaDB. GigaDB is the journal’s affiliated data base hosted by BGI to increase the sharing and reuse of large biological datasets. Through our association with DataCite, they assign data DOIs to our datasets to make them more discoverable, trackable and citable. They also work with the BioSharing community and use ISA-Tab tools to maintain the highest data and metadata standards.
