https://chatbase.com/

Chatbase is a cloud-based analytics service for builders of conversational interfaces, or chatbots. It helps those builders more easily analyze and optimize their bots for better consumer experiences than ever before. Chatbase is free to use, easily integrates with any chatbot platform, and works with any type of bot, voice or text. Using Chatbase, bot builders can track key health metrics across multiple platforms, identify and optimize user messages that are not handled well, and visualize the flow of conversations to improve conversion rates. Among other features, Chatbase uniquely relies on Google’s machine learning capabilities to automate the identification of recurring bot problems and opportunities that would otherwise take a lot of time, leading to faster optimizations and better bot accuracy. Bishop Fox Cybersecurity Style Guide

Bishop Fox Cybersecurity Style Guide
https://www.bishopfox.com/blog/2018/02/hello-world-introducing-the-bishop-fox-cybersecurity-style-guide/

How do you pronounce SQL? Should you write denial of service with hyphens? Is it pen testing or pentesting? In the evolving world of information security, it’s hard to know who to turn to for answers to questions like these. Through research and internal discussions over the last two years, they have come to a consensus about how to answer these kinds of questions for themselves. They have compiled 1,775 security terms into one document that they are calling the Cybersecurity Style Guide, and they are very excited to share Version 1 of that guide with you. This style guide is not a dictionary — their goal here is to give guidance about usage, not to define the terms in detail. Each term in the guide earned its place by being unintuitive in some way. From malicious viruses to viral memes, our guide reflects the terms that security researchers are likely to use in their technical reports, blogs, and presentations. Tanagra Project – Free Data Mining Software for Academic and Research Purposes

Tanagra Project – Free Data Mining Software for Academic and Research Purposes
http://eric.univ-lyon2.fr/~ricco/tanagra/en/tanagra.html

TANAGRA is a free DATA MINING software for academic and research purposes. It proposes several data mining methods from exploratory data analysis, statistical learning, machine learning and databases area. This project is the successor of SIPINA which implements various supervised learning algorithms, especially an interactive and visual construction of decision trees. TANAGRA is more powerful, it contains some supervised learning but also other paradigms such as clustering, factorial analysis, parametric and nonparametric statistics, association rule, feature selection and construction algorithms… TANAGRA is an “open source project” as every researcher can access to the source code, and add his own algorithms, as far as he agrees and conforms to the software distribution license. The main purpose of Tanagra project is to give researchers and students an easy-to-use data mining software, conforming to the present norms of the software development in this domain (especially in the design of its GUI and the way to use it), and allowing to analyse either real or synthetic data. The second purpose of TANAGRA is to propose to researchers an architecture allowing them to easily add their own data mining methods, to compare their performances. TANAGRA acts more as an experimental platform in order to let them go to the essential of their work, dispensing them to deal with the unpleasant part in the programmation of this kind of tools : the data management. The third and last purpose, in direction of novice developers, consists in diffusing a possible methodology for building this kind of software. They should take advantage of free access to source code, to look how this sort of software is built, the problems to avoid, the main steps of the project, and which tools and code libraries to use for. In this way, Tanagra can be considered as a pedagogical tool for learning programming techniques. TANAGRA does not include, presently, what makes all the strength of the commercial softwares in this domain : a wide set of data sources, direct access to datawarehouses and databases, data cleansing, interactive utilization, … This will be added to Data Miing Resources Subject Tracer™. Ethics and Governance of Artificial Intelligence

Ethics and Governance of Artificial Intelligence
https://cyber.harvard.edu/research/ai

The development, application, and capabilities of AI-based systems are evolving rapidly, leaving largely unanswered a broad range of important short- and long-term questions related to the social impact, governance, and ethical implementations of these technologies and practices. The Berkman Klein Center and the MIT Media Lab, as anchor institutions of the Ethics and Governance of Artificial Intelligence Fund, are conducting evidence-based research to provide guidance to decision-makers in the private and public sectors, and to engage in impact-oriented pilot projects to bolster the use of AI for the public good, while also building an institutional knowledge base on the ethics and governance of AI, fostering human capacity, and strengthening interfaces with industry and policy-makers. Their efforts include a range of research sprints and pilots, community building efforts, and education, training, and outreach activities. Going forward, core use cases include autonomous vehicles, criminal and social justice, and media and information quality, and will be examined through the lenses of cross-cutting themes, including global governance, diversity and inclusion, and transparency and explanation.
