“Today’s Front Pages” is an online presentation of one of the Newseum’s most popular exhibits. Every morning, more than 400 newspapers from around the world submit their front pages to the Newseum via the Internet. When the Newseum opens in 2007 in downtown Washington, D.C., the Front Page Gallery will give visitors an up-close look at the day’s news on 80 newspaper front pages from every state, the District of Columbia and countries around the world. The gallery — featuring a spectacular view of the U.S. Capitol — will provide the perfect setting for visitors contemplating the relationship between press and democracy. Until then, the full selection of each day’s front pages is available on newseum.org by 9:30 a.m. daily. For more information, please see their Frequently Asked Questions section. Wiktionary is a collaborative project to produce a free multilingual dictionary in every language, with definitions, etymologies, pronunciations, quotations, synonyms, antonyms and translations. Wiktionary is the lexical companion to the open-content encyclopedia Wikipedia. In the English edition, started on December 12, 2002, they are now working on 113,503 entries. The Utrecht Law Review aims to offer a scientific platform for cross-border legal research. In the first place, this concerns research in which the boundaries of the classic branches of the law (private law, criminal law, constitutional and administrative law, European and public international law) are crossed and connections are made between these areas of the law, amongst others from a comparative law perspective. In addition, attention will be paid to research in which classic law is brought face to face with not strictly legal disciplines such as economics, political sciences and public administration science. The journal aims to offer room for contributions not only by established researchers, but also and especially wishes to offer to young researchers access to the field of international legal research. An editorial board, composed of both national and foreign renowned researchers strengthens the scientific and international character of the journal. An anonymous assessment of the quality of the submissions is carried out by national and foreign experts in the relevant areas of law and/or topics. It aims to publish articles by both Dutch and foreign authors concerning legal issues in general in its regular issues and, in its annual special issue, concerning legal issues centred on a particular theme. In short: the Utrecht Law Review distinguishes itself by its interdisciplinary character, a thematic approach, the anonymous assessment of contributions, the room it offers to young researchers, its electronic availability and the international framework in which it operates.
