Socrates Questionnaire Engine

Socrates Questionnaire Engine provides a framework for editing and publishing questionnaires on the web, and collecting data. The questionnaire engine is built using Java servlets, Velocity and either a database or a flat file back end for storing data. They are still considering more rendering options like XSLT.
