The “Open Data Grid” (ODG) is an open distributed storage grid for open data based on Allmydata’s open-source “Tahoe” system. It is being coordinated by the Open Knowledge Foundation and anyone can participate. This has been added to Grid, Distributed and Cloud Computing Resources Subject Tracer™ Information Blog.
