OpenNebula – The Open Source Toolkit for Cloud Computing

OpenNebula is an open-source project aimed at building the industry standard open source cloud computing tool to manage the complexity and heterogeneity of distributed data center infrastructures. The OpenNebula.org project pursues the following objectives in order to lead innovation in enterprise-class cloud computing management: a) Develop the most-advanced, highly-scalable and adaptable software toolkit for cloud computing management; b) Assure the stability and quality of the software toolkit; c) Collaborate with the most demanding users of cloud computing management tools; d) Spread awareness of the Project; e) Support the ecosystem of open-source components being created around the Project; f) Support the community of users and developers contributing to the Project; g) Collaborate with other open-source projects and communities; and h) Collaborate with the main research projects in cloud computing innovation. This will be added to Grid, Distributed and Cloud Computing Resources Subject Tracer™.
