eGovMon – Methodology and Software for Quality Evaluation of eGovernment Web Services

The eGovMon project is developing methodology and software for quality evaluation of web services, in particular eGovernment services, concerning four areas: a) Accessibility, b) Transparency, c) Efficiency, d) Impact. Additionally eGovMon will provide a policy design tool based on simulation models. This has been added to the tools section of Research Resources Subject Tracer™ Information Blog.
