Creative Commons provides free tools that let authors, scientists, artists, and educators easily mark their creative work with the freedoms they want it to carry. You can use CC to change your copyright terms from “All Rights Reserved” to “Some Rights Reserved.” They area nonprofit organization. Everything they do — including the software they create — is free. All my white papers are freely available and registered with Creative Commons. This has been added to the tools section of Research Resources Subject Tracer™ Information Blog.
