AdaptiveBlue was born a little less than a year ago with the vision to develop smart browsing and personalization technologies. They saw an opportunity to harness the rapidly growing Mozilla platform to deliver unique value to consumers: a personalized web experience. They realized that since the browser is the focal point of all our interactions with a vast amount of information, a smart browsing companion that helps us deal with this information would be very valuable. They also realized that semantics and context played a critical role in personalization. The meaning arises from properties of things, locations and memories. Without these there is no meaning.
