Australian Journal of Agricultural Engineering (AJAE) is a quarterly international peer-reviewed publication that gathers and disseminates fundamental and applied knowledge in almost all area of agricultural sciences from agronomy to animal sciences, and particularly agricultural engineering. Coverage extends to every corner of the agricultural field, including such topics as common agriculture, agronomy, plant and animal breeding, mechanization, horticultural science, ornamental plants, animal science, molecular biology, taxonomy, genetics, economics, plant and animal protection and diseases, morphology, physiology, developmental biology, cell biology, plant biochemistry, biophysics, bioinformatics, and new technologies like biofuels and vaccines. The journal presents full-length research articles that describe original and fundamental findings of significance that contribute to understanding of agricultural science, as well as shorter communications reporting significant new findings, technical notes on new methodology. Review articles are also warmly welcomed. Australian Journal of Agricultural Engineering is available free of charge as an Open Access journal on the Internet.
