Welcome to the China Economic Databases (CED) project. This site aims to promote research and study for scholars, students, and all persons interested in China’s economic development. To meet these goals, they have established a FREE platform with ten databases to collect the most up-to-date information and to connect scholars and experts alike. The ten databases are as follows: 1) Literature Database gives an overview of relevant journal articles; 2) Experts Database connects experts and scholars by providing contact information and expertise; 3) Books Database provides a platform of relevant books and book chapters; 4) Websites Database offers a list of governmental agencies, and research institutions, etc related to China’s economy; 5) Government Reports Database provides up-to-date information from government bodies including many full-text articles; 6) Analysis Papers Database gives articles published from various universities and international institutions 7) Conferences Database is a forum to advertise upcoming conferences; 8) Call for Papers Database is related to the Conference Database in providing the most up-to-date info on upcoming and current calls for papers; 9) Renminbi Database is designed to provide the latest news on events related to RMB research; and 10) Additionally, they have constructed an OpenCourseWare (OCW) platform to gather syllabi and related course materials to further promote research and learning in the field of China’s economy. The site is available in English as well as both simplified and traditional Chinese. Additionally, they have offer an E-newsletter that is free to subscribe to and they are continually updating the site to maintain its relevance and accuracy. This will be added to the tools section of Research Resources Subject Tracer™ Information Blog. This will be added to Entrepreneurial Resources Subject Tracer™. This will be added to International Trade Resources Subject Tracer™.
