Diabetology & Metabolic Syndrome, the official journal of the Brazilian Diabetes Society (SBD), is an open access, peer reviewed, online journal that aims to further the understanding of all aspects of diabetes and metabolic syndrome. The journal presents original material on any aspect of laboratory, animal or clinical research about the physiology and pathophysiology of diabetes and metabolic syndrome.
