Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering in China – Selected Publications from Chinese Universities is a newly-created journal to be published quarterly. Published papers are strictly peer-reviewed, and consist of a broad blend of reviews and surveys, research papers, announcements, short communications, and highly selected previously published papers from key Chinese journals. The journal is thus an ideal platform for students, professors, investigators and strategists in the world environmental science and engineering community to keep abreast of the rapid and substantial advancements in environmental fields in China. Subject areas covered by this journal include all main branches of environmental science and engineering. The journal consists of peer-reviewed critical reviews, research papers, policy analyses, short communications (to immediately report new original research results), and highly selected, previously published papers from key Chinese journals. The journal especially encourages papers in developing fields, as well as papers showing the interaction between environmental disciplines and other disciplines, and papers in fields of much importance to China, such as environmental pollution control.
