Journal of Information, Law & Technology (JILT) is an established but innovative electronic law journal covering a range of topics relating to IT law and applications. It contains a diversity of materials including peer reviewed and non-refereed articles, commentaries, work in progress articles, book and IT reviews, and conference reports and papers, as well as information papers, news and UK and global conferences. The journal seeks academic articles with international perspectives on IT law and IT applications in legal education and practice. We are also pleased to receive commentaries, case studies, work in progress research papers, special reports, conference reports, book reviews, software reviews and demos. In particular, articles are welcomed in the following subject areas: e-commerce, e-business and e-learning, encryption, liabilities for defective software, data protection, electronic intellectual property rights, privacy, copyright, practical and legal barriers to electronic access to legal information, computer crime, dispute resolution, internet regulation, and analysis of recent legislation. Journal of Information, Law & Technology is available free of charge as an Open Access journal on the Internet. Abstracts available online. Articles available in HTML, RTF and PDF format.
