Potential protégés can choose from existing mentor´s or utilize Mentory to invite personal role models to join the network and become their personal mentor. Experienced men and women can sign up as mentor´s and put their skills and experience to use, in order to help others exploit their potential and reach their goals. Mentory is an online give and take tool, because we all have knowledge to share and goals to follow. Protégés set their personal goals, while mentor´s define their unique skills and experience.
