ProcessOnTime™ is TransCertain’s™ Patent Pending enhanced recurring process scheduling mechanism. It allows an organization to manage business rules which determine when, how often, and what kind of processing to schedule and generate. ProcessOnTime™ uses (i) the CertainStore™ system to securely manage sensitive information from the business rules and (ii) the TransAct™ system to manage the payments with a wide variety of payment processors. Sensitive information, such as an account number, image file or other document, is tokenized, encrypted and stored in CertainStore™‘s Vault. The end user interacts with ProcessOnTime™ through straight-forward web calls and XML payloads. A token is used to identify and verify that the customer organization is registered and approved to conduct business. The interaction between elements of the TransCertain™ system (i.e., ProcessOnTime™, CertainStore™, and TransAct™) occurs transparently to the customer. CollectOnTime™ is an implementation of ProcessOnTime™ that allows merchants to create and maintain rules that generate recurring payments on a regular schedule. This system uses CertainStore™ to manage the cardholder data, so its exposure to sensitive information is all contained in that system. Future Event Data Manager™ is a system which permits advanced analytics and manipulates and analyzes data based on client generated rules and processes. When combined with TransCertain’s™ Rapid-Adapter™ technology, clients can receive real-time information and data presented in readily consumable formats defined by rules determined by the client.
