Trace publishes research in Mexico and Central America in the social sciences and humanities. Each issue is thematic and integrated containing work by local and foreign specialists that illuminate and analyze the various phenomena related to the social and cultural problems of regions, groups and individuals in this region. Trace provides information about the disciplines of social sciences (anthropology, economics, geography, history, anthropology, political science, sociology), and allows local and foreign researchers, publishing works that contribute to reflection and deep analysis of current issues, both in Mexico and Central America. The journal contributes to the current scientific discussion and dissemination, as well as social and cultural debate, reinforcing its mission and increasingly multidisciplinary nature. Trace is available free of charge as an Open Access journal on the Internet. Abstracts available in Spanish, French and English. Articles available in Spanish in HTML and PDF format.
