As a small business owner there is a lot of information to get your head around. With all of the online systems used by small business owners, it would take forever to log into each system and get the core information that tells you how your business is really going. Web Control Room (beta) is a free tool that provides a 1-page summary of how you are tracking by talking to the systems you use in your business. Small businesses get their information from a lot of different places (i.e. website stats from Google Analytics, financial data from Xero etc). Web Control Room talks to these services to give you a 1-page snapshot of your overall performance. Their beta version supports 1 report from 7 different systems however they are actively working on more. The number of systems they integrate with will grow as they receive feedback from beta users as will the number of charts from existing systems. Web Control Room gives you colour coded charts to show you at a glance what things deserve your attention. If you see red then you are behind your results from the last reported date (usually month) and therefore what needs to be focused on for improvement.
